How can I return an item?

  • Returning your order can be done within 14 days from the day the order is delivered, please check the frequently asked questions for terms and conditions.
  • Always return the item(s) properly packaged (if reasonably possible in the original packaging)
  • When returning the item(s), always complete and attach the return slip, which is included with your order as standard.
  • If you no longer have the return slip, you can download and print it here: Return and exchange form Via2shop
  • We cannot take back worn or damaged items. Price tags and item tags may not be removed from the item.

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a package is damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will refund the total amount to your account as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of the dissolution of the agreement. We aim to process your return within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when this is the case.
