How can I place an order at Via2Shop?
Placing an order at Via2Shop is quick and easy. In this way you place an order:
Place an item in your shopping basket by possibly selecting a size / color / type and click on the big blue "Order basket" button.
Continue shopping, or click on the "View shopping cart" button to complete the order.
On the overview page of your shopping basket you can view the order again and then place your final order. Click on the "continue checkout" button.
On the "checkout" page, enter your details and the desired payment method and then click on the "place order" button. Be aware that this order involves a payment obligation.
As soon as the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order. -
When can I expect my order?
When the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of receipt with all details by e-mail. Once payment has been received by us and all products are in stock, we will proceed to dispatch. We strive to have all orders shipped within 1 or 2 business days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, or has a longer delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

How will my order be delivered in the Netherlands?
PostNL will arrange the shipment on our behalf. When no one is home at the moment, PostNL will offer it again the next day. If the package cannot be delivered for the second time, you will receive a notification from PostNL, stating where the package can be picked up, this is often the nearest post office. So you don't have to stay at home especially for the package.

How much are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
For an E-Bike the shipping costs € 35, for the other products the shipping costs are free if the order amount exceeds € 50. If it is lower than € 50, we will charge € 5.95 for shipping costs

In which ways and how safely can I pay for my order?

Payment is then quickly and easily possible in the trusted payment environment of your own bank.
Credit card: Visa and MasterCard
With Via2Shop it is also possible to pay via MasterCard or Visa Card.
These payments are made via a secure connection, which means that the data is protected against access from third parties.
No extra costs will be charged for paying by credit card.Maestro

Klarna (AfterPay) carries out the full payment process for Via2Shop. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via e-mail to pay for the purchased product (s) within 14 days.

Bancontact is a bank payment method from and for Belgium, with which your customers pay through their own trusted banking environment. You can see Bancontact as the iDEAL of Belgium. It is a very popular payment method and therefore very suitable for every entrepreneur with customers in Belgium.

Do I have a warranty?
All our products come with a factory warranty. This means that a product that has been used in the correct way and a defect that is shown will be processed by us as a complaint. We will come back to you as soon as possible.
If you have any doubts about a complaint, you can always email or call us. We can often provide an answer to this.

Can I fit or come to view the product?
Yes, it is possible to view or fit a product. We only do this by appointment.

Can I come for a test ride on an E-Bike?
Yes you can, we have a number of E-bikes in Vianen and Budel where you can take a test drive.
You must first make an appointment with us for this. -
Can I return the E-Bike?

You can return your order within 14 days from the day the order was delivered.
Please note, you are only liable for the depreciation of the products that results from the use of the products, if you have used the product more (intensively) than is necessary to test it properly. We understand that you first want to take a good look at the purchase and also want to test it briefly. It is important to know what we mean by short testing to prevent misunderstandings. To assess an E-Bike, it is not necessary to cycle more than 3 kilometers. If you do this, we can charge you for any depreciation. Even if you return the product incomplete, damaged and not clean, a debit can be charged. By complete we mean including all parts that belong to the bicycle, such as the battery charger and the second bicycle key.Always return the item or items properly packaged (if reasonably possible in the original package)

How much depreciation can I be charged if I want to return the E-Bike?
Did you ride the bike or was it accidentally damaged while you had it at home? Then we can no longer sell it for the new price if you send it back to us.
Did you ride the bike for more than 3 kilometers? Then we use a depreciation guideline which starts at 25%. This is the depreciation of the bicycle because you have used it and / or the damage it has. Based on the amount of damage, we determine whether an additional depreciation is charged.
The amount of this depreciation is determined by an expert technician. The height depends on the number of kilometers that the bicycle has been driven and / or the amount of damage. When the bike is back in our warehouse, the relevant expert looks at the bike from head to toe to be able to make a good estimate of the depreciation. If parts are missing, for example keys, this is included in the depreciation.

How can I return another product?
You can return your order within 14 days from the day the order was delivered.
Always return the item or items properly packaged (if reasonably possible in the original package)
When returning the item (s), always complete and add the enclosed return slip.
We cannot take back worn or damaged items. Price tags and item tags may not be removed from the item.
